Description

Education is a backbone of the human society. So, it is important to provide the elegant, strong and quality education to every youth of the generation to make sure that their personality is developed in a better way.

It consists of the modules such as registration of students, keeping the academic records, generating timetables, generating report card of the students etc

Now let me tell you about some main points of my objectives of this management system.

Computerization – All the details regarding school, whether it is small or big, will be computerized.
No Redundant Data – As this management system will be centralized, the chances of the duplicate data in the system are close to nil.

Automation – The automation feature of this management system will mitigate the task of writing the papers. E.g. there is no need to write the report card of the students on the paper by the pen.

It is simply can be done online on the system, and can be forwarded to the students and their parents.

Easy Interaction – In today’s rush hour of the life, it is difficult for a parent to go to the school of his / her child every time a teacher calls.

By this management system, it will easier for a parent and a teacher to be in touch every day. As a matter of fact, it will be easier for each individual person who is associated with the system to be in touch as per needed.

This is our software stating page with username and password options as show below.Select User Name is a dropdown text field with multiple options can be selected.
Password differ with the selected User Name text field.

EMPLOYEES INFORMATION

You can add the new employee by simply clicking on the Add button as shown below.
You can edit any employee by just clicking on employee in left pane all text fields are enabled with Relevant information and after editing just hit the edit button.

EMP APPOINTMENT LETTER

previews the appointment letter just click on employee in left pane and then hit the preview button you will see employee appointment letter with relevant information on it

SUBJECTS INFORMATION

You can add the new subject by simply clicking on the Add button as shown below.
You can edit any subject by just clicking on subject in left pane all text fields are enabled with Relevant information and after editing just hit the edit button.

CLASSES INFO

You can add the new class by simply clicking on the Add button as shown below

SUB TRANSFER

You can transfer subjects from one class to other class through this window just select source and destination class in dropdown and hit the Done button.

ADMISSION

ou can add the new student by simply clicking on the Add New button as shown below. You can edit any employee by just clicking on employee in left pane all text fields are enabled withRelevant information and after editing just hit the edit button.You can Delete student Print student details find any student by its Registration# also by Search button.

FEEBILL

You can generate all class bill by select class and tick mark the Generate Full Class Bills and hit Generate bill. You can print Bill Delete student bills add discounts.You can also set periodic fee by click on comprehensive fee radio button as shown below.

FEECHALLAN

This window represents the chalan forms of the fee period as MAY-2018 ** AUGUST-2018(Comprehensive fee) with all student information details. Bill No:14.
